The part about him having "new care" is the best news.

For those not aware, he's had some serious issues with his daughter and others who are supposedly there to help take care of him in his old age, but have more or less been after his money, there's been court proceedings and so forth.

I suggest googling it, and there are some videos on Youtube talking about it. My summary is not doing justice in explaining it in full.

It's hard to know if this is even good news. So much back and forth and crazy goings on with Stan Lee in the last year or so, that I'm still not sure if he's in a better situation now or just under control of a different group of money grubbing creeps. None of these lawyers or family members sounded like decent individuals.
