AFAIK all home releases were the uncut version. The theatrical version's puppet sex scene was heavily censored.

There was an R-rated DVD, and the initial Blu-ray release is the R-rated cut.

The R rated theatrical version has been remastered in 4K Dolby Vision/HDR. The unrated home video version is not available digitally (yet).

It's a Paramount licensed title, the spine is probably an error or placeholder.
