I don't know how much we can rely on this, but the Scandinavian CDON webshop has A Cure For Wellness UHD release slated for July 3.

Besides they already gave a horror bomb the courtesy release in 4K (Morgan) and it tanked.

I watched it last night. The PQ is nice, a lot more detail than the BD but HDR only makes a few scenes pop.

I'd compare it to Mike and Dave Need Wedding Dates; a fine transfer but nothing to write home about.
