For anyone that hated the “hands in the air” artwork for the steelbook, Australia appears to be getting a cracking cover in July!

I will settle for this steelbook rather than go for an expensive Manta Lab custom design experience

I prefer a cleaner design, but I doubt it will ever happen

Can anyone tell if the Australian steelbook comes with just two 4K discs as indicated on the artwork, or four discs (two 4K, and two Blu-rays) as indicated on the listing for it? =/

I'm confused because the listing says that it's a 4-disc combo pack (with 4K and Blu-ray), but the cover artwork shows it as a 4K-only edition with just 2 discs.

Looking at JB Hi-Fi website, this seems to be 4 discs, 2 x 4K & 2 x BD

[this website seems to prevent bigger sized images, cause my image was much bigger; sorry!]

Hey thank you so much for taking the time to help with this! I appreciate it.

I double-checked with JB Hi-Fi customer service, but they now say that their exclusive steelbook actually seems to be a 4K-only edition with 2 discs, and they have also now updated the listing to remove all mention of Blu-rays being included. =( So it's a 4K-only edition now.

Similarly, I don't actually need DVD if I have the BD
Similarly, I don't actually need VHS and/or LaserDisc at all

Still not a great cover tbh, too much wasted space in the top half, not to mention the "bored" look on their faces, Batfleck looks like he's literally falling asleep.

Really curious how this looks in hand and if the missing eyeshadow on Batman is fixed on the final product.

Just realized they fixed Superman’s suit. Well somewhat. It was the regular red and blue suit in the first image. Now they just but it black and white instead of the silver shield and black backdrop behind it. Well here’s hoping they do another edit with the correction on the suit and fix Batman’s lack of black around the eyes.

they forgot to put the black make up around batfleck's eyes. holy shit thats hilarious. were they working from a costume-fitting pre-production picture or something?
and yeah why is wonder woman front and center still, boo

There's nothing wrong with Wonder Woman being front and center, and the reason they did it is probably because she's been the most successful of the trinity so far, and also because they don't want to have Batman or Superman in front of one another, so they're on "equal grounds" so to speak.

Aquaman's eyes seems to each have a mind of it's own, looking in different directions.

Neither of the 2 variant steelbooks Warner made for this movie have support for 4 discs, they both have 2 disc hubs.

If the retailer that's selling these wants to offer them with 4 discs they'll have to improvise, either by including 2 of them in paper sleeves or by placing extra disc hub inserts inside(Filmarena would sometimes do this).

As far as I could see, the amount of Steelbooks on JB Hi-Fi now compared with tho-three years ago, I think is less than a quarter, currently they have about 20-30 in total (for movies, not counting games or series).
Soooo... I think the chances for a DIFFERENT (exclusive) Steelbook from JB Hi-Fi are slim to none, and for the Steelbook to come up again are also very low.
Just my thoughts and opinions, so could be wrong reasoning... we’ll see...
