Anyone else having trouble redeeming the digital code on this movie? The Paramount site doesn't seem to like my computer. Tried it on my brother's computer and it accepted the code but when it asked for a retailer (vudu, movies anywhere, itunes) it didn't provide a way to input the answer.

Have you tried redeeming directly in Vudu or iTunes? In iTunes you go to the redemption page (on PC, it's under Account and select Redeem...don't know about Mac or Apple devices). In Vudu: https://www.vudu.com/content/redeem.html#selectPromo/_/_/1002142/_/_/_/_/_/false/_/


Paramount is not a Movies Anywhere studio so it's not possible to redeem there and it won't port to MA from the retailer you redeem at.

Itunes won't allow me to use their store until I upgrade from Vista to some newer version of Windows but the Paramount site already accepted the code anyway, it just won't provide a retailer link. I have several emails into them. I'll try Vudu next time I'm at my brother's house. On my computer, Vudu and the Paramount site both said I was in the wrong region. I prefer not to use Itunes as they have lost my stuff on more than one occasion and nothing on the insert says I need to use Itunes.

I just thought maybe others were having problems with Paramount. It's the only trouble I've had redeeming a code in a very long time.

Redeem direct at Vudu and iTunes. Don't bother with the Paramount site.

What he said. I got a code, redeemed it directly on VUDU, and it worked.

The recent codes from Paramount will not redeem on their site, because they are not UV, and will not port, so Paramount did not make a redeem option on their own web site (otherwise it would be stuck on their site). So you have to use Vudu directly and iTunes directly (code will redeem once in each of those services, so dual redeem).

You can redeem at Paramount. But it should just take you to the provider you chose. But you really should just redeem at iTunes Vudu or i guess FandangoNow.

If iTunes won't let you redeem until you upgrade. I understand that. Years a go when i wasn't updating it eventually stopped letting me download songs.

I guess I should have been more specific, but what I meant was Paramount will not redeem into their own account (because Overlord is not UV). If you redeem a code for Mission Impossible 3 (for example), at Paramount's site, the movie will be added to Paramount and UV (if your Paramount acount is connected to the UV locker) and port to Vudu.

Yes you can use Paramount site to channel you to Vudu or iTunes, but normally that kills the dual UV and iTunes redeem (though not sure on that in the case of these non-UV codes if it redirects to Vudu or iTunes, i.e. becomes a direct redeem from the redirect to those sites). But IF you want both redeems, Vudu and iTunes, then best to use Vudu (or FN) or iTunes directly.
