Default Need the best SMALLER flat panel TV - recommendations?

Hey all...

I live in a small apartment, and don't have a ton of room for my home theater setup.

My current TV is a Panasonic VIERA TC-37LZ800 (1080p, 32" diagonal screen, 38" diagonal including the bezel), and it's been fine. It already looks pretty huge in the space I have.

I'd like to find the best current TV somewhere near this size (no bigger than 40" diagonal total), with the following features:
  1. 4k resolution (of course)
  2. HDR
  3. All the usual services (Netflix, Hulu, etc); this is less important, since the TV will be connected to a receiver that already has quite a few music services, and also to an HTPC
  4. Perhaps built-in streaming hardware, like Chromecast (I have a couple of Chromecast devices in my place already)
  5. Quiet (current tv gives off a noticeable hum)
  6. Relatively thin
I'm not sure what else I should be looking for, as I haven't been in the market for quite some time (I got this TV almost 10 years ago, I think). In my perfect world, I'd get an OLED screen, or at least something with full-matrix LED backlighting instead of edge-backlighting, but those only seem to come with much bigger TVs than I can fit here (starting at 50-60 inches, from what I've seen).

Anyone have any suggestions for me?

- Tim
