It kinda sucks that his was an after thought and they didn't do a special color or something.

These bundles are so sloppy imo. Game stores put together their own all the time like this and they're as good if not better cause the game doesn't have "not for resale" stickers which is STUPID. Mainly because there is no law stopping somebody from selling. Just companies that try to make people think they can't. Loser tactic imo but is what it is.

They don't say "not for resale" to make people think they cant resell them. They say it so STORES do not open the bundles and try to sell them to customers.

The problem with that is that the "bundles" officially announced have the packaging display the game. Stores selling games separetly to that bundle would look stupid.

Glad my wife bought me the PS4 Pro Spider-Man bundle. I have tried the game on the Slim I have and on the Pro and there is definitely a difference in performance (no choppiness at all) with some games (The Show, Spider-Man, etc). Graphically, the difference is minimal for the most part, but at times it is more apparent (fire, deeper blacks, etc).

I don't understand how getting a free game is lame?

This bundle is regular black because its not meant to sell the game (like spiderman) its meant to sell the system with value. They make that back up with plus and accessory purchases ect. Its just the regular system coming back with more value.

I get what it's meant to do.

If I am a consumer, I wouldn't be wowed by this. That's all I am saying. There are better deals to be had in the next couple of months.

If you have a PS4 packaging that shows the game is included but it's been removed and sold separately, the store taking the game store looks stupid.

Yeah, I couldn't trade my Star Wars Battlefront in when I got that PS4 bundle. I opened the console and tried to flip it right there at Best Buy but they wouldn't take it. I still managed to get $40 for it on Amazon so I mean you still have options.
I still think including a physical copy with a real case beats including a digital code. And my God of War Ascension PS3 bundle came with the game in a cardboard sleeve which really sucked.
