Yes, but no release date. The regular blu-ray is set to be released on December 26th, but no release date on the 4K version.

Derek Cho (Steven Yeun) is having a really bad day. After being unjustly fired from his job, he discovers that the law firm’s building is under quarantine for a mysterious and dangerous virus. Chaos erupts throughout the office as the victims of the disease begin acting out their wildest impulses. Joining forces with a former client (Samara Weaving) who has a grudge of her own, Derek savagely fights tooth and nail to get to the executives on the top floor and settle the score once and for all.

Pre-ordered and have never even heard of it. Read the synopsis and for less than $19, why not? I'm one who doesn't get so involved in critiquing a movie. Does it have entertainment value, have I wasted more money on other stuff that I'll never get back...indeed, so $19 is a tiny almost non-existent drop in the bucket.

I too thought he played his role just fine in TWD.

It did drop down to 15.55 for a short time a few days ago. I nabbed it at that price. This is a really good movie, action packed, humorous kick to the nuts to corporate culture. I drove 4 hours to Miami to catch it at the Popcorn Frights Film Festival in August. It did not disappoint in any way. Steve Yuen and Samara Weaving both give really good performances, good chemistry between the two of them. Steve Gainer produced a killer score. Joe Lynch really directed a really good overall movie. And I got to hang out with Joe for a few hours after the film which was pretty sweet. Great guy!

Damn, I missed that price! That would be cheapest ever 4K UHD BD new release?

I've looked at a review screener.

This UHD, along with RLJ's BRAWL IN CELL BLOCK 99, have been prepared without any HDR grading or encoding. They appear to me to be straight upscales of the standard Blu-ray, with a result that's no better than what you could get from an upscaling display or player.

I've reached out to RLJ for comment, but I don't know whether I'll get a response.

Bought this and Brawl in Cell Block 99 for 17.96 each at Walmart. This looked and sounded good (also the first post TWD thing I'm seeing Steven Yeun in). Both movies sounded good so I bought both of them.
