i personally prefer the german one released not that long ago.i doubt the embossing will come even close to the german steelbook. the back of this one is better though for sure

I am actually interested in seeing the art for this. And the Collectors Edition. This is one of my favorite Arny movies.

Highly underrated film. A lot of people still seem to look over it. It's also a real shame this isn't a 4K release because regardless of coverart I would have jumped at it then. As it stands I already own three releases of the running man. Both US releases and the German mediabook.

Love this film, totally agree it's under rated. Already have the standard BD, would love to upgrade to a steelbook. However I will wait for 4k. Hopefully after Total Recall comes out next year we'll get a 4k steelbook for The Running Man.

Not sure which of these to keep.

German steelbook is glossier and is a two disc set, Armies name in much bigger letter and a nice side spine too. The UK is has a nicer disc design and I think I prefer the blue overall, but the red feels more in turn with the movie...tough one. I don’t tend to keep two steelbooks as a rule
