It's real good. Lucky enough to have seen this at TIFF last month.

Barnburner of a film, as expected from Steve McQueen. The man continues to be one of my favorite working directors. Hope you guys go and enjoy this banger.

Saw this last night and was a little disappointed (and I'm a huge fan of McQueen's work). It strained credulity and I didn't think Davis' character had that Michael Corleone-style arc they were trying for. That said, Viola was great and it's a nice-looking film.

Great flick as remakes go, but I don't see much rewatch in it.

Was in doubt so I had to do some research and this not a “remake” at all. It’s based off a TV series from 1983 of the same name.
