I still have a Panasonic 32 inch tv upstairs in the bedroom, had it since 2007, so 11 years now, still going strong, picture very basic but does its job.
Downstairs I have a Samsung D8000 3D 40 inch LED from 2011, so 7 years now, that still looks great but do want to upgrade but I think its still too early to do so. Only downside of my Samsung is that the Smart Hub is rubbish, and very very slow but to be fair I hardly ever use it so doesn't bother me. I was going to upgrade this week but didn't do it because I felt Micro LED (mled) is the next big thing to look into but the cost of that could be eye watering. I guess maybe in 3 - 5 years the prices could be where OLED are at the moment. Last edited by Wedgie; 02-15-2018 at 10:35 AM. |
