Default Which new release would you choose this wkend?

If you were going to see one of the new films released this weekend (12-14th Oct) in the USA which film would you choose?

This weekend there are 3 mainstream films released and each hoping to be the antidote of the current No 1's success but will any prove to have a sting in their tail or will it bad times at the box office for the new comers?

So will you be the first man/woman in your street to see one of the new movies or do you get goosebumps just thinking about watching one of these latest batch of releases?

First Man, for sure. Can't wait to see what Chazelle does with space (granted, I know it's actually a Neil Armstrong biopic, not simply a space movie, but still...)

El Royale, easily.

First Man will be great, no doubt. But I'm a horror/thriller guy first and foremost. And Cabin in the Woods was such a great film. Definitely most interested in that.

Out of the three new releases I would choose First Man, I'm not a fan of Ryan Gosling but am willing to give it a go!

The first Goosebumps was ok, not great and El Royale to be honest I don't know much about!

I chose to see Bad Times first last night, but was disappointed by it. Going to see First Man in about 2 hours. But I am probably mostly anticipating seeing The Sisters Brothers later this weekend / week, which just opened today at a theater not too far from me.

I'm working in Central Europe the next 2 months...

So I'm going to miss A Star Is Born, Venom, Halloween, First Man, Royale, etc. and all these others.

Kind of sad actually. First time I will miss a bunch of movies I've wanted to see.

I made it The Hate U Give last night.

First Man is still on the way, maybe tomorrow.

Colette just opened here and I'm excited to see that. But I think my first choice is Bad Times At The El Royale. Should be seeing both on Tuesday.

To be completely honest, none of these. Instead, I'm streaming Apostle tonight from Netflix.
