The back should've been Jiminy Cricket. Not crazy about this one but still have it preordered.

Surprised it isn't; Jiminy would have been great. I like it nonetheless.

While I love the Mondo Jungle Book (I bought it). I don’t really care for any of these other Disney releases :/ I wish we could get some more standard Disney art like the Best Buy ‘Peter Pan’ or ‘Lady and the tramp’ steelbooks.

That defeats the whole purpose of the Mondo X line

Exactly.
I definitely got an initial creepy vibe from the staring eyes, then reasoned if I saw a wooden doll come to life I would be pretty creeped out.
Conclusion: Preordered!

Desperately love this movie but I bailed on Little Mermaid because it's getting a UHD and I wonder if this will, too.

LOL, looking at it with adult eyes, I see no problem with it. Imagining it through a child's eyes, however, it scares the daylights out of me.

The Jungle Book Mondo X is one of all-time favorite steelbook designs, but the Disney Mondo X steelbooks since then have been so very disappointing. Did they change artists after Jungle Book?!? If so, they need to change back.

I’m just generally speaking. Mondo Line is fine but I’m craving some more standard releases!

They are all by the same artist. You can see the rest of his Disney art here

Yeah, this one just looks completely bizarre and gross. No thanks lol. I have the original Pinocchio still the best one for steels. These are interesting but nothing more for me.
