I was going to add pulp fiction but I wasn't sure if its a comedy. I couldn't pass on being john m.

If Pulp Fiction is anything, it's a comedy. Some people also wouldn't say The Match Factory Girl is a comedy, but I think it's darkly funny. For some reason I didn't add Reservoir Dogs, even though I think it's better (and funnier) than Pulp Fiction. I don't know why, I guess it's because I see it as a crime film above all other genres.

I wouldn't say The Moment of Innocence was funny or even a comedy, but since it's often classified as such I listed it because it's a good movie regardless.

So, it seems that genre classification isn't very clear in some cases, especially when it comes to comedy.

Usually I'm all about smart (satire) or quirky comedies, but for some reason the 90s are full of the ones that made me laugh out loud because of silly things. My number one would be 'The Truman Show', but I see it more as a drama, although it's funny. Same for 'As Good as it Gets'.

@ asolasrhyme - Personally, I see it more as a drama. But it's also pure satire, so yeah, it counts.

Here's an interesting one, as to whether or not it qualifies: Fargo. I mean, it is dark as heck, but it's also often hilarious.

Wikipedia lists it on its page of 90s comedies, so I’m including it.
