Missing code from 4K Rampage

This one is a first for me! Just opened up my brand new copy (purchased on BF at Walmart) of Rampage and there is NO Digital Code!!

This ever happen to anyone else?

Once or twice...generally you can contact the studio and they may request various items (pics of the movie, receipt, or what have you).

I believe Rampage is Warner Bros and they can be contacted via email at: wbdigitalsupport@warnerbros.com

Thank you! So I've had TWO firsts today, this and than when I went to redeem Spiderman Homecoming (that was purchased brand new on Ebay a few months ago), it said the code was redeemed in 2017. Oy vey.
