The 2000 Sci-Fi series, Starhunter, starring Michael Paré got a 2017 remake in a sense ia sort of ST:TNG Remaster on steroids kind of way. All 44 episodes have re-edited with some new scenes reshot to use original S1 actors instead of the recasted actors from S2 along with all new CG shots.

I remember when this series first came out on DVD back in the day and I debated buying it. Good thing I held off. I just ordered it on Amazon for $71. A bit pricey, but for all the work this team did to bring this show up to modern HD standards, is worth the price. Even at $71, that's still less than $2 per episode.
