Free Region Free - Blu-ray Forum

Recently saw a post mentioning getting a region-free dvd/bluray player and importing some of our beloved discs for whatever reason. (Cheaper alternative to Aniplex USA if nothing else.)

So I thought I'd share a cheaper/free alternative:
Leawo Blu-ray Player

Leawo Blu-ray Player is 100% free software that allows you to play any region disc without any complicated installations or settings manipulation. Just stick the disc your pc's bluray drive and hit play.

PC didn't come with a bluray drive or no slots for one? Many internal ones are under $50 and even external ones can go as low as $25. IIRC much cheaper than buying a whole player by itself.

Don't want to/can't watch on your pc? Stream to whatever device (gaming console, Roku, etc.) with something like Plex. (Sorry, can't help you with that.)

Personally I enjoy this player more the VLC, and I was a hardcore VLC fanboy & advocate for years. Just feels simpler and smoother, easier to use. (YMMV.)
