Blu-ray authoring software for Mac...HELP!

Hello, fellow cinephiles and blu-ray lovers. This is my first forum post.

I am trying to create a blu-ray of a movie project I've been working on for almost a year. One of my projects has MULTIPLE subtitle options (custom-made by me) and MULTIPLE audio options.

I want to create a blu-ray disc that has ALL of the following options:
1. Interactive menus
2. The ability for the viewer to CHOOSE the subtitles (and/or to not have them on at all).
3. The ability for the viewer to CHOOSE the audio track
4. The ability to create this on a Macintosh (yes, I have an external blu-ray drive which works just fine).

So, can anyone give me any guidance? It would be much appreciated. Thanks!
