Is this Normal when Buying Individual Seasons through iTunes?

I noticed that some TV shows in my iTunes account that I bought all the seasons individually for are also showing the Complete Series bundle or a seasons bundle at the end of the Season's list that's available for me to purchase. For example, The O.C. and Fargo. Fargo shows Fargo Years 1-3 bundle at the end of the Seasons list. Today I purchased all seasons of Psych through iTunes Store and in the Seasons list for this TV show in my iTunes TV Shows library it lists additional content for me to purchase and not just the seasons I purchased? This happens only on my Apple TV 4k but not the iTunes app on my PC. Is this a recent issue on the Apple TV or has it always been like this when purchasing seasons individually. Also if I only purchase one season of a TV show, the issue did not happen, as I checked right after I purchased Season 1 of Psych but after I purchased all seasons of the TV show, I went to check again and the issue showed up with the additional content available for purchase in the Seasons list for this TV show.
