Doubtful this would get a release in the US but my wife and I both love Noomi Rapace and this movie was an excellent B-movie - and I do not mean that in any kind of negative way. It didn't take itself too seriously and was just a ton of fun.
Curious if this will be region free? |

All UHDs are region free. The BD's another matter entirely.

DHL just delivered my 4K steelbook today!
[Show spoiler] Also, in case anyone is wondering, the standard blu-ray disc is Region A friendly. Just tested it on my Playstation 4 and currently playing it. FYI, you must select your preferred audio/subtitle options in the menu, as you cannot do so while watching it. That said, you can watch it without subtitles. Sadly, the movie has the stupid "What Happened to Monday" title rather than the far superior "Seven Sisters" title. Addendum: Just got done watching the 4K UHD. If you ask me, its a really strong 4K transfer. Better detail than the regular blu-ray and unlike said blu-ray, the 4K actually sports the "Seven Sisters" title and has the names of the days/sisters in French. So that's an easy indicator its a different print than what's on the 1080p disc. Great release all around. I'd recommend importing it for my fellow 4K pals. I do wonder if the Canadian blu-ray has the "Seven Sisters" title in the actual film, though. Last edited by GasmaskAvenger; 01-16-2018 at 06:09 AM. Reason: Added comments on the 4K UHD disc + inner steelbook art without the discs. |

I really want to pick this up but the EUR 29.99 price tag on Amazon France is putting me off. Urgh I'm tempted to get the standard blu from Germany for half the price but I would much rather have the UHD. I wonder how much of an upgrade the UHD is over the blu ultimately.
