Movies : Foreign Country, Foreign Actors, English Spoken

It was hard to come up with a fitting title for this thread.

After discussing 22 July by Paul Greengrass, I was thinking about other movies like this when it comes the cast and spoken language. As most of you know, 22 July takes place in Norway, the cast is Norwegian, but everyone is talking English. I was thinking of other examples, but can't think of them right away.

What are other movies that take place in a country where the native (or first) language isn't English at all and most (or a lot) of the actors are local, born there (not speaking English first), but the movie is spoken English?
