Vudu not an option to link to when I add UV release?

I'm trying to add an Ultraviolet release for a TV show I recently added to the database (specifically, Vanderpump Rules: Jax & Brittany Take Kentucky) as I bought it on Vudu and want it in my logged collection. However, after I filled everything out, I noticed that Vudu wasn't an option to link to in the bottom part where you link to where you can buy it? I don't know if this is an error or if I'm doing something wrong.

Also, I noticed sonypictures is an option and that's now closing down and going defunct. Thought I'd add that as a side note.
