Marvel Studios special covers and slipcovers

Hello!

I understand this question may have been asked before, but I will try it anyways.

Does anyone have any information regarding Marvel Studios releasing the more recent movies with the "special" covers and slipcovers? I received the collection of them a couple of years ago from Best Buy for Christmas, and I would love to continue my collection with the newest movies, but I would like to have the similar look of the covers. Obviously, the ones I am referring to would be Infinity War, Black Panther, Ragnarok, Ant Man/Wasp, Captain Marvel, and (eventually) Endgame.

Any information would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!

You still may be able to get the Marvel Studio 4K movies with the slipcovers at Best Buy, Target. If you order online, you don't know if they'll have the slipcovers or not, so I would go a nearest store and buy them.

I think Homecoming was the last film to receive one of these updated slipcovers. Guardians 2, Doctor Strange and Homecoming were all last summer at Walmart. I haven't seen Guardians 2 appear anywhere else and Homecoming is actually a Walmart exclusive, it says so on the slip, whereas the other two do not.

Ragnarok has the updated slip in the UK. Infinity War and Black Panther got their images updated to the matching style on Vudu a few months ago, but still no physical release so far.

I guess I will have to just keep my eyes open for them, if they ever show up. I remember seeing Hulk on the shelves at Walmart randomly once, so I grabbed it. Maybe they don't officially "announce" it. Thanks for the information!

The anniversary slipcovers have continued to be released in overseas markets (UK, Italy, Spain) with some regularity but the US hasn’t seen a new wave of them since late last year. My guess is that we’ll either see a new batch released around the time Endgame hits the market or none at all.

If matching covers are important to you then I would suggest importing the titles you list from Amazon Spain or Italy. The UK versions come in thicker cases and are marred by ratings logos on the front and spine.

Even then, the spine format/layout may not match exactly with the US releases. May be best to wait things out until Christmas or just get the current releases with slips while you can.

I'd keep your eye on Walmart. They are doing a reset of the Blu-ray/DVD department this month and this is the same time of year when the last wave released.

Any word on the shiny matching slipcovers for Infinity War, Black Panther, Ragnarok, Ant Man/Wasp, Captain Marvel, Endgame and Far From Home in the US yet? Or for that matter, any Phase 3 boxsets similar to the Phase 1 briefcase and Phase 2 Orb for the US?

Not a Phase 3 set, but there is a Best Buy exclusive Infinity Saga set coming. It has its own thread.
