I wonder if there will be much difference when compared to the OOP Legend Films release.

Already have the previous blu-ray, paired with Jekyll & Hyde Together Again. That was a 2-disc set, with each film on their own disc. I imagine this won't be any different from the Student Bodies disc there. Olive isn't exactly known for special features or BD-50s.

I'll have to break my "No Olive Films" rule.

Oh well, this'll still be better than having to buy it with another film that I have zero interest in.

Except the Olive release will most likely cost more. The previous 2 film set was able to be bought for under $10 quite often.

I'd consider double dipping but like previously mentioned, it will most likely be the same release. Still nice to see it released again so others can pick it up.

I love this film's artwork, so I might consider trading in my Student Bodies / Jekyll and Hyde Together Again double feature for individual releases if the latter ends up coming out from Olive as well. But I doubt it. I got it on ebay for literally $1 a couple years ago.

Yes, I have that previous release. Cost me about $10.00

But this is Blu-ray.com...where people would rather pay $20.00 for one movie than be forced to endure the indignity of owning two movies for $10.00 if they have "zero interest" in the second feature.

Same here! I didn't like Student Bodies, I thought it was awful. But I mainly purchased the blu-ray for Jekyll & Hyde:Together Again. What a hilarious movie.

Same here. Now if this release had something to offer, like an improved transfer and/or extras, I'd be inclined to double dip (as admittedly, I grabbed the double feature pretty much just for Student Bodies). However, I don't expect this to be any different.

And the artwork is better too so that completely justifies an "upgrade."

I never got around to buying the double feature so I'll have to pick this up at some point, unless this being released brings down the price of the double feature.

This is one movie that I thought was hilarious back when it came on TV and VHS in the 80's, but is a chore to sit through now. Bought the dvd when that came out, never thought to up it to blu after watching the dvd, or even watch the dvd again.
Cover is far better than film for this one.
