I bought a Philips (Funai OEM) 32" LCD HDTV at Walmart last year, lately, after subscribing to Hulu for $0.99/mo, I use my VHS VCR to time shift Hulu content.
When I fast scan VHS through the ads, my Philips TV will switch to the screen for AV input and sometimes says "Hamster Wheel Engaged" instead of the usual "Searching for a Signal" for a second or 2 until my Philips TV locks on the the fast scan image. Anyone else noticed odd status messages (sometimes) appearing on their TVs? Kirk Bayne |
