It looks like the Deluxe edition of The Doors: R-Evolution will be a Digibook.

Was bummed this got pushed back to Jan '14, but I will be adding it to my Doors BD collection.

I had pre-ordered this with Deep Discount and the cancelled my order saying "back-ordered"....they have been doing that a lot lately with pre-orders. Will not be pre-ordering anything from them anymore.

The U.K. release is a digibook....anyway I own it and it is a great addition,if you like The Doors you will enjoy this,some great clips in it.

if anyone gets this, could they please share their thoughts on the digibook itself? it's quite pricier than the standard edition, and i have tons of books on the Doors already, so i'm not sure the added cost is worth another collection of common photos & lyrics, etc.

seems you're a true fan. so am I. get the digibook. i did. it has lyrics. pictures. additinal notes. worth the price. i have plenty of doors books etc but this is a must have ... also it looks cool.

if you don't like it - i'll pay the difference

It's $33.87 on barnesandnoble.com. And they're currently having a buy 2 get 1 free sale in case you're interested.

Yes I am pretty sure it is,Eagle Rock and Eagle Vision are the same company.....I don't know of a music Blu-ray that is locked......

It's actually a little taller than a standard dvd case.
The same size as: Indy Crystal Skull Target Exclusive, Peral Jam 20, Django Unchained BB exclusive...just to name a few.

Hi. I just purchased and received The Doors R-Evolution Special Edition from Amazon with a running time of 154 minutes. When I scan it with the My Movies app it shows a 154 minute one as being Canadian and a special edition US version with a running time of 72 minutes. I checked into this and the US special edition is also 154 minutes. It seems that the My Movies app is incorrectly listing the US Special edition version as 72 minutes when it should say 154 minutes. Is there anyone that can fix this in the app? Thank!
