so used to people putting their pics/art behind the spoiler tag i assumed you were uploading a pic and spoiled something for myself. obviously my bad but feelsbad =( might be the first time ive seen the spoiler tag used for an actual movie spoiler ironically

The MSRP on the standard is $34.98, that's on par with most movie release these days. I think most that include digital are actually like $45 MSRP, not that anyone actually ever pays that price or anything.

I have been a dragon ball fan for years and never had a a steelbook for DB. I thought that the previous movie Dragon Ball Z: Resurrection 'F' would have had one.

Goku doesn't seem to age at all

I don't have any other DB Steelbooks for Blu-ray, so I doubt I'll get this. It would have to look amazing, or be a triple feature w/ BoG and RF.

Don't let that little tidbit deter you from seeing it or anything. As spoilers go, it's pretty inconsequential. The action animation in this is awesome; it deserves to be seen in theater.

That's explained in-universe as a Saiyan trait. But as a long-time fan, I'm sure you knew that.

Resurrection of "F" received a collector's edition BD/DVD with a flip book case, which was better than Battle of the Gods BD/DVD combo.
So it seems that Funimation is improving its DB movie releases

It also kind of stinks that Resurrection F doesn’t have one, but I’ll have BoG and Broly in steelbook

Man, if this can get a 4k release. Seeing this movie in IMAX just makes me wonder what a UHD may look and sound. Still picking the Steelbook Day 1 for sure
