Default Of the 2 TVs which????

My 85 year old neighbor's TV died and SquareTrade has offered her as a replacement, two TVs to choose from...

Vizio E75-F1

or

LG 75UK6190PUB

I don't have a clue as to which might be the best for her

She doesn't sit in a dark room and she sits directly in front

Of the two which would you choose?

Default Vizio would be my vote

LG makes great OLEDs, but their LCDs are to be avoided. Very poor blacks and contrast. Rtings would be a good site to go to for more info.

Check online review sites on both sets (if any site has).

The TV is for a 85 year old woman, and it's a replacement. I don't think she's a techy, and her vision may be impaired due to her age, so she probably wouldn't notice any different in the picture quality between the two brands.

It was a Vizio 75MC1. Then it died

I was thinking because the E is 3 years newer (2018) the newer tech would be better than a next level up TV of three years ago??????

My thinking is not good??????????????

It might come down to the remote controls, if the Vizio remote's are close to the same it will be easier for her to use. But if that's not the case then go with the LG. Good Luck

I programmed a Harmony remote awhile back to make things easier for her.

And thanks for the info and thought
