Glad the 4K is included as it's the only reason I'd buy a steelbook of this (which there was more 4K/3D/2D steelbooks as it saves an awful lot of complaining by people who don't like their preferred format being shafted). Movie looks ok, going to go see it next week so hopefully I'll enjoy it (even if I don't I'll probably get the steelbook anyway).

Side note: This might be the last ever 3D Blu-Ray from Fox with the Disney takeover due to be completed in June (as Disney has seemingly dropped 3D worldwide now) which means it might be too late for Dark Phoenix to also get a 3D release.

I like the artwork. Only thing I don't like is that is it plastered with the From the crap on there. We get it...we know who you are.

I wouldn't mind if this was the final artwork, but I'd much prefer the simplicity of the teaser poster.

I just hope it won't p*ss me off like that god awful "Ghost In The Shell" remake did.

The properties are extremely similar.

I've heard really promising reviews, not much negativity whereas GITS always had a big question mark & was mostly disappointment - showing the first 8-12min on Youtube prior to release also wasn't a good sign. I bought it eventually on 4K yet I only became emotionally attached during 1 scene & that had no special effects It was simply 'ok' overall

Will definitely be buying Alita 4K, was my first manga & later trailers looked better than the first one where they were still experimenting the CG

Disney will not drop 3D worldwide there 3D releases are best sellers in the UK

I liked live action GITS (funny acronym). I loved this. Instant pre-order, and very pleased it’s 4K+3D.

Then how do you explain the lack of a 3D release for Ralph Breaks The Internet anywhere? If Disney has stopped supporting 3D for their animated classics, then that's a clear sign Disney is stopping 3D support.
