Default Ace Ventura: Pet Detective + When Nature Calls (4K UHD)

I would be all over these, especially if they include an extended cut or deleted scenes. The Blu-ray's have been out of print since... forever.

Ace Ventura: Pet Detective (1994)

Ace Ventura: When Nature Calls (1995)

WB... bring these classics to 4K UHD!

I wonder if we've ever gonna get this with uncut and all the deleted scenes.

I agree it would be purchased for me 100 percent if the full version was included.

Wouldn't say no to all Carrey classics in 4K

Dumb and Dumber, Mask, Ace Ventura, Truman Show,...

When Nature Calls is pretty dumb but I'd buy both if they had nice 4K transfers.

It will be interesting to see if Sony releases the titles. (They took over Morgan Creek's distribution a few years back.)

Sony did their own US Blus a few years back, as I’m sure you know. It’d be amazing to get UHDs from them or Arrow to be honest.

If these ever come out in 4K I just hope the retailer I buy this from doesn't ship through HDS.

All jokes aside I want these in 4K! I hope Shout has them both.

Really hoping for Arrow to release them, would be cheaper for me.

as for the rest of his films,
i hope that WB can show some love to their New Line Cinema library in WB's 100th,
and release The Mask & Dumb & Dumber on 4K Blu-ray,
but they probably saving them for next year.

Really hoping Ace Ventura gets a 30th Anniversary 4K this year. It's well deserved.

4k The Mask would be a must-buy for me, that's for sure.
Heck, I would probably even buy the animated series if, by some miracle, it got a Blu-ray release.

2024 ought to be the year of Jim Carrey when it comes to 4k Blu-ray.

Watched the first film so much on vhs back then as a kid that it nearly got boring. But with all the time that has passed I'd love to revisit in 4k. It's probably forgotten how popular the first film was for a time. It was pretty much quoted all the time and there were even kids who performed sketches from the movie for the talent show that year. Pet Detective and Dumb and Dumber had so much replay value as a kid. Can't recall as much about the Ace Ventura sequel but slightly recall enjoying it more the second time around.

None of this happened this year. Any rumors for 2025?
