The DC Universe Movies project will be led by Stana Katic as Wonder Woman and Matt Bomer as The Flash.

The Justice Society is joining the DC Universe Movies family.

The upcoming Justice Society: World War II will feature an ensemble voice cast led by Stana Katic as Wonder Woman and Matt Bomer as The Flash. It is the first of the universe's 42 films to star the team of heroes known as the Justice Society, which in the comics first appeared during the second World War. Katic and Bomer first worked in the DC Universe Movies series together in 2013's Superman: Unbound.

The cast for Justice Society: World War II includes Elysia Rotaru as Black Canary, Chris Diamantopoulos as Steve Trevor, Omid Abtahi as Hawkman, Matthew Mercer as Hourman, Armen Taylor as Jay Garrick, Liam McIntyre as Aquaman, Ashleigh LaThrop as Iris West, Geoffrey Arend as Charles Halstead/Advisor, Keith Ferguson as Dr. Fate and Darin De Paul as Roosevelt.

Jeff Wamester, known for the Guardians of the Galaxy TV series, is directing from a script by Meghan Fitzmartin (Supernatural, DC Super Hero Girls) and Jeremy Adams (Supernatural, Batman: Soul Of The Dragon). Jim Krieg (Batman: Gotham by Gaslight) and Kimberly S. Moreau (Batman vs. Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles) are producing.

Butch Lukic is supervising producer on Justice Society: World War II.

Justice Society: World War II is produced by Warner Bros. Animation, DC and Warner Bros. Home Entertainment.

So time travel then, since Flash and Jay Garrick have two different voice actors? Not to mention Iris West and Aquaman. Hoping for a Per Degaton appearance, if this is the case.

Yikes. Might be the stiffest animation yet. And lol @ Wonder Woman's cone do.

Fingers crossed The Long Halloween will have way superior quality to this.

The World War 2 and the Modern should not have the same art style.
The modern should be more dynamic.

Even cartoons made during WWII had higher quality than this dreck. WB can certainly do better, and they have, but this isn't good.

Yeah it is an interesting art choice, which I am sure will cost them some sales.

It's the same art style as Man of Tomorrow. Nothing new here.

I think Man of Tomorrow actually looked better. Similar, but not quite the same. I think this looks cruder in design. I enjoyed Man of Tomorrow, but didn't love it.

Finally a DC Movie that isn't about Superman or Batman. Love that Black Canary is in this Dr Fate is also set to be in it as well and I love the flashes Jay and Barry.
