Anyone ever not get their digital code in the bluray case? - Blu-ray Forum

I didn't get the one in The House With A Clock In Its Walls. Not a huge deal, but would of been nice to add it to my digital collection for when I travel.

It occasionally happens. Sometimes they will give you a code if you send proof of purchase to their support. That movie looks to be Universal Studios which would be https://www.uphe.com/en/contact-support

I remember having some success with Universal support in the past. That was years ago though. Not sure how their support is now that it's MA and not UV.

Got phineas and ferb the movie right from disney insiders/ movie rewards and it said it had a digital code but didn't! Would have liked the code but no! It's been a year so can't do nothing about it now.

Not missing but my dreamworks puss and boots blu-ray brand new from wal-mart came with a "expired" code that didn't work at all! Same with my harry potter 8. Brand new from the store and it came with a old expired code that didn't work!

Gotta act fast for the movie insiders codes. I know they are decent about replacing things (they sent me a whole blu-ray for me because it arrived scratched). Contact them on twitter first and they will send you a link to their fairly well hidden support ticket submission.

For the Puss in boots did you try redeeming both via the publisher's redemption site (I am guessing fox maybe? foxredeem.com) and movies anywhere? Sometimes one may work when the other does not.

I remember once i did not get one. I think it was for a Universal title and I e-mailed them and they just sent me one once I provided a copy of my receipt.

Once I got three of the code sheets for The Meg. I gave two of them away.
