Hi all,
I am just putting the finishing touches on a home theatre and was hoping I could get some help with my amplifier and receiver syncing. Something tells me what I am looking to do is not possible with these exact two products, but here's to hoping you guys know of a workaround! Long story short, I would like to purchase a Harmony Ultimate remote to not only control all of my components but also the lighting in the theatre with wifi enabled smart lighting. The only issue is, my amplifier (Outlaw 7125) does not have an IR input to automatically trigger it on when the receiver is turned on. So essentially my harmony remote would be moot since I would have to turn on the amp manually every time I wanted to use the system. Is there any way around this at all? I am really hoping so because this would be the last touch I need to have this system be completely seamless and intuitive. Thanks in advance for the help and responses. |
