Sony A9S + Panny 9000 Settings

I just got my Sony 48" A9S OLED earlier this week, with my Panasonic UB-9000 at the ready as well. They will both be set up on December 10th by my audio (salon) specialist on a Pangea X-frame audio rack.

I know the A9S really requires no special set-up, other than setting it on "Custom" for daytime/evening with lights viewing, and "Cinema" for when the room is super-dark. One question: what's the A9S setting called that kills (turns off) the "soap opera effect"?

As for the Panny UB-9000, could someone please share all it's HDR optimizing settings for me? I would greatly appreciate it...
