I was wondering if anyone knew if studios like Avex have committed to Blu yet? I would love to see Ayumi Hamasaki's arena tour on Blu! I'm not sure offhand who handles Kotoko but she is another concert I'd absolutely love to own on Blu. I have both on DVD and can only imagine how much cleaner the show could be in HD!

ATM, its mostly Sony releasing concerts. Epic, Defstar, and BMG also have released concerts.

Haven't seen any Avex. Kotoko is with Geneon so not sure if and when you would see one of her concerts released on Blu. I'm personally waiting for EMI to release any Utada concert.

I own both Mika Nakashima concerts, Angela Aki, and Suara and the PQ/AQ are superb. The SQ especially was very clear and clean. Would recommend them.

I want to see Anna Tsuchiya really bad too!

Avex has released an Otsuka Ai show

Sony has an entire series with Angela Aki, TM Revolution, Hyde, Ken Hirai, at least 7-8 thus far.

You'll see more in the coming year. The big problem has been that most of them simply aren't filmed in HD. I think you'll see a big bump around the end of this year.

I have the TMR show, my only complaint is that it's just 2.0 PCM. The PQ is fantastic

Awesome! If they did Ai Otsuka they are sure to release Ayumi! I am so excited anybody even replied to my thread here. I wasn't sure there were enough people interested to even try

I've been really wanting the Hyde concert in Blu...just haven't convinced myself to pay the $60 for the import, yet. lol
