88 Films will be releasing Dragons Forever on Blu-ray and 4K UHD on August 23rd. More details will be added when it's officially announced.

Thank the gods this is getting a Blu-ray release. One of the best Jackie Chan/Sammo Hung films.

Awesome!!! Thought that Arrow would be the only one getting in on Golden Harvest in the US. Seems like there's hope now that future releases will be Region A as well (Hoping this is true for Righting Wrongs).

This, and Drive (1997) are their first 4K releases, so it's not fully known yet. Both are listed as being 2 discs, so presumably they will be.

Drive has 2 cuts, along with the current edition of DF having 2 discs for all its many versions, so I could see them having 2 4K discs.

Even though I already have the original Region B release with the booklet, I will be double-dipping to have a Region A copy. Wonder if this means Miramax's grip on titles is loosened?

OMG best news ever! I already own the fantastic UK blu ray they did, but I have to own this in 4K it’s my favorite Jackie Chan movie. So excited! Can’t wait to see what else they might do in 4K!

In the Hong Kong Cinema Appreciation Society Facebook group, Frank Djeng says they asked him to record a new commentary for this version.

Legit excited to see these Jackie Chan movies coming to the US now.

Was this a movie that miramax was sitting on thats escaped their grasp?

Also I hope that black 4k badge at the bottom comes off. I like the art and would hate to see it clipped off like that.
