The 100 category limit

I'm trying to list different categories in the 'My Collection' section but I've reached the limit.... Now I can't list anymore films by director and this has caused me to start drinking heavily. I think the best option would be to increase the category limit to at least 500 so that we feel more free. If we're gonna waste all our money on movies we should be given the illusion of unlimited freedom.

I'm sure the site is trying to keep a happy medium. 100 seems rather generous, but remember that this site currently has 383,642 members which translates to over 38M potential custom categories if each members is allotted 100.

Well, those 383,642 members could potentially make 1 trillion posts each which would be 3.83642e+17 and probably take up more space. I don't think most people use the categories so I don't see the problem with increasing them for those who do.

Bump as I've recently reached the 100 category limit and had to start consolidating categories to get round it.

Pushing it to 500 as mentioned above seems like a reasonable amount, I'd struggle to go beyond that I think.
