Mile 22 Redemption Quality - Blu-ray Forum

Heya,

I purchased a code on the forum from a Blu-ray copy of Mile 22 that only redeemed in SD and am wondering if this is a known issue or if anyone else has had this happen?

The spreadsheet doesn't mentioned any issues. Since it is an iTunes only code, and the dvd release doesn't come with a code, it should have redeemed HD. I wonder with the title not being available to buy in the iTunes Store affected how it redeems.

If you look at Mile 22 on the 4ksheet (4ksheet.com), it states "iTunes codes are currently redeeming SD" in the known issues column

I don't find miles22 movie in itunes at all. What is the issue with itunes?

I just read that this is now fixed. Mile 22 will redeem on iTunes and upgrade to 4K. Yay

Great, the day AFTER I redeem the code and I can't find an email address for STX or any other way to report a bad code.

I didn’t even think to check the 4k sheet since it doesn’t have 4k physical release, nor did I realize that it was, at one time, 4k in itunes.

Looks like it was distributed by Universal so I contacted them and Apple both, between the two maybe I can get it corrected.

So far iTunes support has been less than helpful, they don’t seem to understand the issue.

This also happen to me but I redeemed about a month ago I thought it was strange as it was from a blu ray, just checked my iTunes still in SD 😭

It’s not iTunes you need to be taking to, STX Entertainment are the distributor so
You’d have to get in touch with them.
