Default As with all standards, what will be the next step. ie dvd to superbit dvd

Looking a couple years down the road what is a blu-ray disc capable of?
Does it have what it takes to display past 1080p on insanely huge 100" TVs or on a projector screen?

Knowing 1080p has been around a few years, is any company out there going beyond that horizon and what sort of bitrate would be required?

Are there already new cleanup and compression procedures in place that are just not in production?

I really got into Blu after I found Superbit was not enough but have to admit it was definately a few steps ahead of standard DVD
what would a Super-blu be like?
