Cant wait to see this, Damon looks to be something really something special with the film.

I bet the Blu will be released at a really annoying time after the holiday period end of January probably, which is a shame.

Barely noticed the atmos bar one scene, the sound mix was great tho.
And we know Fox will use DTS X at some point

Just watched this last night and WOW it totally blew me away. I might even go as far as to say it was the best film I watched released in 2015.

Watched this last night in 3D it was great I had seen the film before but only in 2D. The film is my third favourite film of last year behind Steve Jobs and Jurassic World.

Terrific movie but the 3D is absolutely stunning, way more impressive than Prometheus (decent 3D) and Exodus Gods and Kings (very good 3D). I was amazed at how great all the landscape shots looked, especially when there wasn't really anything in the foreground as a point of reference. The 3D is consistently strong and impressive and Ridley on his third 3D feature has really learned to make the most of delivering an awesome 3D experience.

Watched it yesterday in 3D, couldn't agree more!

Watched this for the first time - didn't see it at the cinema.

Awesome film on all fronts and as a bonus got a 20p rebate from Amazon

Gonna watch it again tonight.

Wish the extras were more substantial. Ridley Scott usually does a commentary but this release doesn't appear to have one. He did commentaries for Prometheus and Exodus, both of which were far less well received than The Martian.
