Best Ghostbusters movie sequel/follow up

The first movie is obviously the favorite for most and would run away with the voting.
So wondering what movie would come next?

I'd go with II, and that could very well be nostalgia... oh well.... But I did really like how Afterlife was done.

I debated adding the Real/Extreme Ghostbusters in, and the video game, but decided to stick with the movies on this one.

I'm torn between the second and "Afterlife." Really enjoyed both of them but if I had to pick one I guess I'd go with "Ghostbusters II." The river of slime, the ghost train passing through Winston, the dancing toaster, the walking Statue of Liberty. It might not be nearly as iconic as the original, but it was damn fun when it first came out.
