Multiple Libraries?

I'm getting pretty fed up with the Canadian store, it has to be one of the worst. I don't get the logic. I purchase shows like Animal Kingdom, Mayans MC, Snowfall ect and they are available right as they air on tv but seasons of Shameless, The Chi don't show up for months or years later and I'm still waiting for Power Book 2 & 3 and nothing in sight. I see that they are available for purchase on the U.S. store and Ive heard of people that have multiple libraries from different regions. How hard is this to set up? I'd definitely like to get another librairie set up
