What's Up With Amazon Canada?

Lately I noticed it's getting harder to find Amazon Canada selling titles that interest me.
I've been waiting for Warner Archives The Fearless Vampire Killers and the new 4K of The Shining but there's nothing listed yet not even as a pre-order.

Then, a few moments ago I clicked on a couple of the "deals" listed above (on this site) and the actual prices are much much higher than advertised.
When I clicked on the $9.99 Phantasm above the actual price is just under $300.00 or $25.00 used.

I rarely see any Warner Archive titles here in Canada. Last one I saw was at HMV, and that was about 4 years ago. Warner Archive, Universal MOD, and Sony MOD discs seem to only really be released stateside. I'd recommend checking out WowHD's website; their Warner Archive titles are usually priced very well, Universal MOD releases are priced OK, and Sony MOD releases are a little pricey ($30+).

For 4K titles, Warner (and Sony for that matter) seem to be very selective in what titles they release here in Canada. So it's not so much an Amazon issue as it is a distributor issue.

that happens when they sell out of it.. it defaults to 3rd party sellers. that X-Men Dark Phoenix for $17 (4K) went quick, then to 3rd party, which is why it's higher.

They've had a KINO title I want to pre-order that comes out this month listed for close to 4 weeks now with no price. I'm starting to wonder if they're going to get stock. I've been checking daily since the listing showed up because there's another Kino title that comes out a week earlier that's been on sale the last 3 weeks and I want to combine to get free shipping.
