Hello,
Does anyone have any contacts, or know who to contact at Shout/Kino Lorber/Arrow? I have two movies I'd love to see them release, that I feel would deserve a second chance on disc. They both got unfairly dumped on DVD/VOD. 1) ODD THOMAS - I know for a fact there is a ton of deleted material, and behind the scenes. Plus it would be great to get a new retrospective on what the Hell happened to this release. A commentary with Stephen Sommers would be great, discussing all the legal issues and how the movie was dumped. 2) THE BURROWERS - Lionsgate also dumped this movie when they fired one of the executives in charge of production. They canceled its bluray release, so its never had a good disc. Also, it would be awesome to have the short film Blood Red Earth on the same disc. Any help getting these two titles to their attention would be awesome. |

You can request The Burrowers in the Kino thread, there is an insider there. It is unlikely that they will license it though. Odd Thomas seems to be with Image/RLJ, and I don't think they really sub-license to boutique labels. There's no easy way to submit requests to Arrow or Shout. You can send them a message or their various social media outlets if anything.
