Home Theater building question - Blu-ray Forum

I currently have a PS3 and i found out that you can't output PCM 5.1 on a digital optical. So i was thinking about upgrading my current system, right now I have a Pioneer SX-315. It was a all in one home theater thing. The speakers are all 100 W, and I think thats fine so I wanted to upgrade my A/V reciver. The problem is I can't seem to find a good HDMI capable A/V reciver for under 400$ and I am on more or less a budget. So I wanted some feedback on what would be best.

Sony Str-DG810 5.1PCM ($300+free shipping)
Sony Str-DG910 7.1PCM ($400)
Onkyo TX-SR605 7.1PCM ($400+free shipping)

The Onkyo is the more up to date receiver with HDMI v1.3 Dolby TrueHD and Dts-HD Master decoding as well as being 7.1PCM capable.

Although the Sony's have 3 HDMI inputs and are multichannel PCM capable also.
