Default Ghost Dog no allowed for the UK?
Can anyone tell me why the German Ghost Dog: The Way of the Samurai blu-ray cannot be sent to mainland UK from Amazon.de... it's being sold by Amazon (not a third party/marketplace who often restrict) but it plainly says on the page "This item can not be delivered to the UK mainland" (in German of course) but just links to the usual 'possible reasons' pages, none of which I can work out apply...

Thanks in advence for any ideas... not that I can't get around it (France have one or I could get it off eBay) but for future reference and because I'm inquisitive...
