Oh that looks nice. I resisted getting the Avatar set but this almost makes me want to get that and this.

Amazing! I love my Avatar set so this will fit in perfectly alongside it.

I also bought these Dark Horse Direct bookends this week, and the glowing Zuko Funko Pop.

My wallet is definitely not happy with the show gaining popularity

It's nice to have a matching set, but I feel like the artwork isn't as nice as the avatar set. I personally didn't like korra much so I'll wait this out for a mega price drop.

I agree about the artwork, especially with the back covers.

oof. Was too hard for me to justify the price increase since i already owned original airbender, and i'm at that same spot with this. Except now it's a lot more tempting to buy both since they match.

If it's the same scan as the current BD, not worth it. Banding, macro-blocking all over the place. Some scenes look like they were colored in with a fading marker. This series would look great with some UHD treatment.

Whether or not any of us care about this series, good on ViacomCBS to give this show the steelbook treatment to match Avatar's. Even if they simply recycle the discs in the process, flaws and all.

The matching is why I'm tempted to rebuy these.

I've got the standard releases and have slipcovers for both Avatar and Korra, which do look very nice, but matching Steelbook sets sound nicer.

That does look amazing, better then the Avatar ones. Its a very tempting rebuy. I really need to finish watching this some day too... I'm only about halfway through.

I personally love TLoK, even more than ATLA. I own both series on BD already though, are there no reported improvements on these new releases? I notice the obvious ghosting in ATLA, but there is a lot of ugly compression in TLoK too.

I have the Steelbook set for ATLA. I've yet to watch LoK, I did buy the standard set for it. I now have to match them. Dammit!

If I have anything to complain about it's the spines, a little too complex and text is too large, but otherwise it's fine.
