On the Kino Lorber thread, their representative has recently posted that Paramount will apparently be releasing what they call their "essentials" on Blu-ray in 2020. It's at post 34208 on this page:
https://forum.blu-ray.com/showthread...1616&page=1711 Does anyone know what Paramount regard as their "essential" titles, and whether they might include classic titles that haven't been released on Blu-ray previously? We all know that Paramount have been sitting on numerous titles that have never appeared on Blu-ray, so this could possibly be an exciting development. Some of their titles that I would love to have on Blu include 'The Parallax View', 'Catch-22', 'Ragtime', 'The Two Jakes', 'Heartburn' and 'Hud'.
