Sooooooooooo, I'd been wanting to see the third screen adaptation of Beau Geste (1966) for the longest time, since it has never been available on physical media in the US.

At long last, this can be easily seen now on Peacock, their transfer is solid and properly letterboxed.

I can see why this is considered the weakest adaptation of the classic story, the silent version and the 1939 classic are so much better BUT I also appreciate the chance of seeing for myself just how much weaker the 3rd adaptation really is.
