4K reviews stating "Watch for 4K screenshots at a later date." Are they updated? - Blu-ray Forum

Seems like there are hundreds of reviews that have the following comment: "The included screenshots are sourced from a 1080p Blu-ray disc. Watch for 4K screenshots at a later date." I'm wondering if most of those screenshots have been updated.

It's a bit confusing because if they were updated, you'd think that comment would be removed.

I don't think any of them have been updated yet, mostly because there's still no good, agreed-upon way to take HDR screenshots in SDR. They'll always be different based on people's settings in madVR or whatever they're using to convert HDR to SDR.

Keep an eye on my screenshot thread. I intend to do every UHD in my collection eventually.
